well the clones whom sasuke killed afterwards seemed to think tobi had left the original with sasuke and sasuke had killed him

i think they are ust implying what they saw in the manga that chojuro guy sliced him and apparently that was all of the black zetsu's strength he just got killed just like that obito sent him out there to be slaughtered i guess because he had no chance against them

none of us no nothing for sure about neither of them. The white Zetus could have easily been a clone and the black was still alive from our last viewing. This is all assumption.
