All I thought when kaguya did her jutsu was muki tensei...

So far, she's just basically reproduced Kamui, preta barrier and Muki tensei on a more advanced level... All her jutsu's are basically higher level versions of what's been shown in the manga thus far. The only new thing she's shown is the dimension switching, but when that's explained, I'm sure it will be some advanced form of sasuke's teleportation or Limbo...

Yes, kinda. Kaguya is -according to Naruto- one with nature. Kabuto claimed the same about his hermit-powers though. However, if that's true then we already know its weakness.
