If 4 Hokages, Taka and Oro don't meet them before they get to the battlefield, I don't think Tsunade will survive. Maybe she'll heal the others and die, even though she said that she want to heal them first before taking care of herself, so that makes us think that she can save herself. I don't want to see Gaara and Mei dead, especially Gaara, he's too cool to die. =D

Well in last second all we saw was that tsunade was about to heal them they probably might survive but I think tsunade might die

I highly Doubt Tsunade will Die, Because of Dan's Words to her, and I think Kishimoto wants to show us the Level of Tsunade's Byakugou.
Besides she still has to See her Grandfather.
I think Oonoki will be the one to die due to his set of flashbacks and His Rapid Character development...

The orochimaru band will pass them on the way to Madara and Tobi. That's my prediction.

I could see this happen. Minato, Hashirama, and the others sense the Kages near by and go see them. Or, the Kages see the Orochimaru band and they stop them and tell them what happened or something like that. Hashirama sees Tsunade at the verge of death or already dead and gets upset and figures out Madara did this. Minato senses Naruto a lot closer now. Sasuke sense naruto as well maybe? Either way, your prediction will probably happen.

I wouldn't say they've been forgotten, but rather they're no longer important.

The last we saw of them, they had failed to stop Madara. Even if they were healed and returned to the battlefield, they still wouldn't be able to defeat him. They had their chance, and now they have to sit on the sidelines for the remainder of the war.

Kyuubi chakra. Nuff said. Turned little piss ants into demi gods; it would turn people like the Raikage into a freaking monster.

The whole Tsunade question is a little bit weird. Tsunade met with spirit-Dan, and he refilled her chakra and told her not to die yet. Only a few pages later we see Tsunade torn in half and dieing. Either the whole Dan scene was a waste of ink, or it's going to do something to help improve Tsunade's character and she will survive. It would be really weird if she just died, after meeting Dan like that.

We haven't forgot about the 5 Kages, well maybe except for those narrow minded folks who don't understand who these 5 Kages were up against; an Uchiha-Senju hybrid, Immortal with unlimited Chakra, Rinnegan, etc. Name 5 persons alive that are part of the shinobi alliance who can hold their own and damage Madara of that caliber.

Basing on the manga, it just has been a couple of days when we last saw the 5 Kages. I'm gonna say that we need to leave them off screen for a while to let the story move forward. I believe Kishi still has plans for them, well for now as they were left hanging on that situation (life and death).

It would really be cool if Tsunade joins the 4 Hokages as she is technically should be part of the team, or I would say Oro should Edo Tensei Jiraiya (I'm sure Tsunade got some DNA of JMAN) so we can see the Sannin fight again together and that is EPIC.

I think that they are gonna play a bigger role in this fight than some people think. Yes I think they will die along with alot of other shinobi. But they are gonna bring the fight to Madara. They will now have Kurama chakra and the help of not only Naruto Sasugay and Sakura but the edokages. They have a very formidable team. Much blood will be shed and many will die but it will involve some epic battles.
