[Question] Did Usopp use conqueror's haki??

I mean seriously oda had built sooo much up to this....i hope this wasnt all for just a cheap laugh.....I hope usopp awkened conqueror's haki....thats the only thing saving this situation

Usopp having the CH would even be worse than what you call a 'cheap laugh'. Usopp scared the hell out of Sugar, that's it. That Sugar was foaming simply indicated she fainted, regardless of what was the cause of it, that's not something only the CH can do.

And there is nothing illogical about it, it's a manga and even more it's One Piece and in the OP verse people can easily be knocked out of something like that.

I don't see him getting the conqueror's haki before the other members which are labelled as stronger than him. I'll refrain from commenting who's stronger than Usopp because that'll cause a fight and leave me with a infraction

Sugar fainted, so everyone will return to their normal form. Usopp will be lauded as a hero, even though he really didn't do anything. Though this lie will be totally in character and I will be 100% behind it! We'll also have confirmation of why the toys have to sleep in the warehouse. Because, when Sugar sleeps, they return to normal. Well... sort of... I dunno about that...

It's a very unstable thing though, because you can never tell what the end result is going to be. Just that some-thing weird as shit is going to happen to screw things up.
This time, Usopp's eyeballs spiralled out of his face, next time... who knows... who knows indeed.
