Did Tsunade use Suiton?

In response to Madara's Katon there was Suiton water sprout and Suiton dragon flood. It looked like Tsunade used water sprout

I thought Kabuto's only edo's left were Madara, Itachi, and Muu that's he controlling to talk to Madara. I know I've read all the chapters of the war arc SO FAR, it's just I forgot about this guy.

I think they caged him up instead of sealing because he asked to speak to her / not be sealed sort of thing. This sets up Tsunade to die perfectly because hearing he is alive will make her do somethig crazy or everyone tell her to go see him before she dies... Then she will have a talk and take her last breath with him as he gets sealed.

Meh I dunno.
