Did Tobirama also invent/know Dan Kato's Spirit jutsu

I remember this line from when Sasuke was stabbed and Tobirama was immobile.
This isn't the VIZ but Tobirama said "If I could at least send him my soul with my kinjutsu", the only jutsu that I think could've of fit Tobirama's words is the spirit jutsu Dan Kato used to revatalize Tsunade. Since Dan Kato lived after Tobirama, do you think he could've invented that jutsu. According to Dan Kato the jutsu has killed a lot of people during his lifetime.

I think that's another plot hole as well, I think there's a strong possibility that he invented and Dan just modified it like the 4th Hokage did with FTG.

Of course Tobirama would be the one to invent such jutsu, just look at edo tensei too. Most notable people who are candidates to become hokage without any special kekkai genkai tend to copy the jutsus of the 2nd Hokage. Candidates Minato and Orochimaru both use ftg and edo tensei that was invented by the second so it wouldn't be a stretch for Dan (another candidate)to copy Tobirama too.
