did tobi lie to sasuke of getting a bijuu since tobi wants to be the ten tails host

well tobi promise to sasuke that he will get a bijuu if he cooperates.how can sasuke get a bijuu if the infinite tsukuyomi requires the ten tails chakra so that means all 9 tailed beast must be used so not one can be given to sasuke.also tobi most become the host of the ten tails(juuibi) so how can sasuke get a bijuu.


Isn't this obviously a lie to sasuke and has sasuke figure this out and do you think he will go after tobi like he did with white zetsu.
