If you think about if he had the rinnegan and all it's powers he could literally be the most scariest person to fight he could literally be untouchable he could use chibaku tensei to push u away and if u try to hit during cool down he could use kamui during it and if it's ninjutsu he could absorb it up and if he had his dms and his own rinnegan he be the solo god with PS and Kamui and all rinnegan IJS

Yeah,and he choose not to use the Rinnegan Abilities with them cause Naruto,Kakashi,and Gai already knew it's powers and would be able to counter + it would cost him more chakra thus increasing the chances of him losing control of the Bijuus.

Plus he needed to conserve Chakra for the Juubi.

He was holding back since Orange mask Tobi.

He was able to use the Gedo mazou phantom nine dragon to extract killerbee (became a tentacle), yet when it came to using some of those rikudou techniques on naruto, Kakashi, and Yamato...

He left them to live...

He could of used mokuton, Katon, and kamui giant shurikens on Minato and konan....

Instead he decides to capture them and not kill with kamui alone.

Yeah,that was a great idea.I wish the battle was better.Tobi could use the Sharingans powers,Rinnegan,The Bijuus,and even the Jins.
