[Discussion] Did Tite Kubo lie?

He said he was going to be on a 5 week break with his manga. So the last one came out on 17 july.
so 17 > 24 (first week) > 31 (2nd week) > 7 august (3rd week) > 14 (4th week) > 21 (5th week)

So it should've come out on the 6th week, which was yesterday. Is there a reasonably eplanation? Did he lie to us or so what? I'm all ears... I heard last week some said 4 september, but that would mean it's a 6 week break. Some even say 11th...

If you know something more about this, please inform me, and if you wouldn't mind, show me a reliable source.

yes, I know, but if you do the math then it doesn't fit and so it's over 5 weeks. So he has lied, right?

The manga said it would return in WSJ issue #40, not 5 weeks -- the week thing was made up my either a translator or word of mouth. The current issue is #39 meaning next week's is #40 and it will have the latest chapter of bleach.

Sorry to upset you guys but Bleach will be back in the WSJ #41, not #40. We will get ch.547 at September 11. (I am upset about it too... waiting becomes more and more painful)

Kubo never said it would be on a 5 week break. He said it would return on issue #41 which is September 9th.

Maybe the holiday break wasn't counted in the 5 weeks that the translator whomever said it would be on a 5 week break.
