I just want to point out that "Tobi" showed his face to Kisame twice...The first time when he had long hair and controlled mizukage he was Madara, second time it was Obito and that's why Kisame was surprised, He saw both "Tobis" and he was glad Obito pulled the strings now that Madara had passed away.

I always thought that tobi was obito... from the start I mean. look at the name if you add an extra "O" onto tobi it's a full anagram of obito, lol...

For all we know, Izuna's consciousnesses is what is inhabiting Obito's body.

There's still a possibility that Obito & Izuna are like another Zetsu
