Who knows, Minato trained Kakashi more closely than Obito cause he wanted to teach him more about teamwork, Idk If Obito ever saw rasengan or FTG before that fight.

No.

Sharingan is Rinnegan, the natural evolution of the same dojutsu.

Only the Sage + Madara have awakened Rinnegan. And Tobi/Obito, Nagato both use Madara's eyes.

Unactivated (dormant eyes) -> 1 tomoe till 3 -> Mangekyou -> Eternal Sharingan -> Rinnegan (highest level Sharingan)

he probably needed an uchiha body... so he could have collected obitos body from the war grounds. i think this might start to get like full metal alchemist brother hood... tobi started all the other wars too, so he could collect what he needed, hence killing off all uchihas for their eyes also.

Remember when we saw Deva path pain and thought that was the real body? So nothing's set in stone until Tobi himself explains who he is. As many theories go about now, it could just be someone using his body. Next week will be the deciding factor.
