Did they humiliate Naruto on purpose in the new chapter?

Like seriously. Out of everything that already exists in NV and all the things that the writers can think of, they made Naruto use a jutsu that was learned by non-name fodders during the war in 5 seconds and a genetically modified arm/ninja-tool

They could've put some effort into showing Naruto's growth outside of all his Kurama/Rikudo powers, but they decided to go with a fodder jutsu

I found it very funny how people in other threads were literally wanking to the fact that Naruto finally used an elemental jutsu and chakra absorption, but the context made it look pathetic

No, I'm not saying anything about going all out. Of course he was holding back almost everything, but it's humiliating how out of all weak/supplementary jutsu they made him use earth wall which is a war fodders' iconic jutsu And a genetic ninja tool, when he literally scolded Boruto for using tools during exams

its a small battle, just like chess to get better you must play somone better, boruto was trying to create that opening, the wall was to keep away for the water lighting infused combo jutsu. boruto already seen what naruto can do.
bourto needs to be exposed to all types of fighting style no matter how fodder... just like sasuke fodder gen jutsu on danzo its how you use it.

It being a ninja tool is pretty wack, I'll give you that, I legit thought naruto was just flexing on boruto at first. But the Doton deal is really all he needed for that

It looked cool really and showed a bit of development from Naruto. He rebuked boruto for using technology aids during the chuunin exams but had now embraced them. I think it adds a new element to the boruto series.

In other words, you wanted Naruto to use Kurama's avatar, and probably display the ability to add the various elements into a gigantic Rasengan, all these incorporated because of a spar against Boruto?

You made a thread asking if naruto was humiliated because he didn't use anything big or fancy to show his development in a 10-15 second spar with his kid, which is clearly there to show us the arm and that's pretty much it, I'm pretty sure most of us can read, the real question is why you worded the thread like that and expected other responses. The fights clearly for the arm, not to show a now side characters progression

Why use powerful tecnic for a weak one? That will just show hos stupid he is.

He should not show any tecnic maybe and defeat Boruto with only taijutsu and speed. If he uses a strong defensive tecnic it might show how he cant reads its enemy power.

Imagine being delusional enough to think the fans or the authors even give a damn about Naruto's powers outside of Kurama. They've already gotten plenty of growth so idk why you even made this thread. What's next? People will want to see Sasuke's growth outside of his Dojutsu and Rikudo's power? :lol
