He got Hashi's DNA from the Zetsu body he took, since it is composed of it.

If someone tried to Gakidou the Shinju, I believe they'd only be able to absorb so much since there is a limit to how much one person can take in one stint.

Yea he used Hashirama's DNA that he obtained from Zetsu(or Nawaki after he killed him) on Danzou when he wss still a part of Root. Those are the only 2 logical methods I could think of really, probably neither lol

Well, Orochimaru knows Tobi somehow, so maybe at one point they have met, traded secrets, Oro obtained some senju DNA from him and so on and so forth.
