Did the Uzumaki clan help the Senju?

When war was going on back when hashirama and madara were kids, it was stated that uchiha and ootsutsuki were attacking the senju clan.

We also know that the uzumaki clan were very close with the senju clan and were partners.

So my question is, Were the uzumaki helping the senju clan back then??

Was it senju and uzumaki vs uchiha and ootsutsuki?? i cant see senju clan beating uchiha and ootsutsuki by themselves

We know senju beat the uchiha but nothing was stated about ootsutsuki and uzumaki, did these 2 clans step aside and let the senju and uchiha finish or something??

I think Uzumaki clan is one of the peaceful villages in naruto world, but since they hold the opiest kind of jutsu wich is sealing... many clans joined forces to defeat them, and senju and uzumaki relationship is a longdistance one, maybe they could help them with tobiramas hiraishin and his instinct but since they fhought their own battle with uchia and to the other clans its harder , since hashirama doesnt want someone to die in his clan anymore tobirama thinks that way too.
