Did the Uchiha interbreed?

I mean, like, they all have black eyes and black hair. All of them.

But as you can see, the other Clans have difference.

But how come all the Uchiha look the same?
Did they interbreed with their cousins/uncles/aunts/siblings/parents/grandparents/try with the same gender?

i don't think so
it was probably two people, they had children, taught them
their kids grew up, found fodders, had kids, taught their kids, they learned, and found fodders, had kids, rinse and repeat, etc etc

to keep a bloodline, i think you have to interbreed or the bloodline will thin overtime
but i still think even then, clans with bloodlines bred like regular clans, but occasionally, parents will pair you up with your cousins just to keep the bloodline strong

but i think the uchiha interbred a lil too often

They seem like the kind of familyline to marry within their clan only. I also think the Hyuuga's did until Hinata started to have an interest in the fox boy. I think If Neji didn't die then there would've been a good chance that he was going to be married off to Hinata.

No they didn't, one of the Uchiha we saw in Itachi flashbacks had brown hair. The reason they have similar features is because of Indra's strong chakra. Sarada is proof that they weren't.

P.S : What if Nagato's father was an Uchiha ?? O_O It could explain how Madara found him and how he was so good at dojutsu..

Naruto's children don't have byakugan so it looks like Hyuga genes are recessive compared to Hyuga genes.

Kishimoto said he forgot to give Naruto's children the byakugan but I think he was joking since I don't see how he could have forgotten something like this.

All Naruto clans may have interbreed but Sasuke's daughter looks like him even though her mother isn't a Uchiha. And she has a good chance of getting sharingan.

The Uchiha have more variety in their appearance then the Hyuga if you compare these pics:

Many Uchiha have curly or spiky hair then you've got the Hyuga who only have straight hair with no spikes in it.

There is a few background Hyuga with some spikes in their hair but its not that common and they seem to only be in the anime. The Uchiha also have a bit more variety of hair shades then the Hyuga.

I guess the anime team didn't bother to make any Hyuga with curly hair or spiky hair.

One reason for this may be that Kishimoto didn't put much focus on the Hyuga in the manga while the Uchiha have been explored a lot. So he put more effort into the Uchiha design's.
