In part 1 when chakra limit was actually a thing, if he didn't want to drain his chakra, he had to fight with one eye. You ever close an eye and block something thrown at you? Your depth perception is limited. He definitely had advantages to combat when he used the sharingan, but when he kept it hidden to preserve chakra, he most likely functioned at a lower level than if he had 2 normal eyes open correct? So 1 eye covered < 2 eyes uncovered < Sharingan open other closed right?
Does this mean that Kakashi is now more balanced in terms of fighting power solely based on eyesight, not dojutsus that come with the eye? I'm also assuming that he doesn't have godmode chakra pool like everyone in the manga does now.
