There never was prejudice against the uchiha ever since Itachi murdered them all. It's pretty much been the status quo. Uchiha are strong. If they do something amazing "it's expected of them".

Show one moment of prejudice or distaste for the Uchiha post-genocide. The extinction of the Uchiha likely hit Konoha hard, a tragedy catastrophe akin to how 9/11 affected America. The K11 generation in the Chunnin Exams aren't even aware of the Uchiha clan and are all blown away by the first Uchiha they've seen (Sasuke) so it's not even really on the social conscious enough for racism/prejudice.

The Ninja world also didn't have a media system at this time so it's likely they were just aware of the Uchiha's conflict on a smaller scale and held soldier's respect from previous wars.

Then you have the Kyuubi Incident, which they were automatically blamed for. And Tobirama's legacy based on the prejudice of the Uchiha passed down to this douche.
