Did The Chakra Rabbit Take Madaras Rinnegan?

When madara got spit out he no longer had the rinnegan he had black eyes again.

We know kaguya and her rabbit form absorbs chakra.

Some believe Rinnegan can be deactivated. But i dont think thats the case.

Madara never did it in the manga and it was an error in the anime.

Same for Sasuke in the TL movie.

When Sasuke got low on stamina in VOTE 2 he closed his left eye. It didnt deactivate.

Like Kakashi use to do since he couldnt deactivate his sharingan.

Since this proves it cant be deactivated does this mean Kaguya not only absorbs all your chakra, you lose your dojutsu too when she's done??

He was with red eyes in the anime but anyway...
I guess she can't take away something he awakened and it's in his eyes. I think she would have to grab his eyes then.
Just like with the EMS, but he has to have the eyes and specific chakra (Senju+Uchiha), which he has.

Sasuke didn't know how to control his rinnegan yet. Honestly Naruto shoulda took madaras eyes

Kaguya can. Kaguya not only absorbs the chakra but she also absorbs the persons soul and mind. And you know that sharingan is the eye of the heart and contains special chakra from brain so probably kaguya absorbed his eternal mangekyou sharingan altogether. The more relevant question is could she get the EMS powers for herself? Can she differentiate wood clones like Madara? If so why couldnt she differentiate naruto's clones? A likely plothole or PIS to me.
