Not really, he did hit her harder b/c you can actually hear the smack than when she did it. Plus she was angry at something, in this cases, it would of been best if he would of put cuff on her hands. Also you see how she's crying and walking to the other direction and he holds his fist high up as if he's going to punch her again. What kind of cop does that? or an, she's crying already..damn.
To me he looks like a dick and I don't approve of men hitting woman. I do believe in equality but the force of a man's slap or punch is greater than if a woman slaps you. Not all females are buff and sh*t so you can give that excuse. Unless she's hitting you with a bat or punching you like a punching bag then that's when you try to stop her but not when she smacks you the way she smacked him.
