Did Sasuke's resolve change?

In chapter 619, Sasuke stated that he killed Itachi in order to gain revenge for the Uchiha clan. He went on to say that once he learned the truth from Tobi and Danzo he wanted to destroy the Leaf.

Then he said "however, Itachi's.."

So does that mean his resolve changed, even for a short while, because of what Itachi said to him before disappearing?

No, read the latest chapter, he doesn't look like his resolve changed. In fact he looks like he is getting angerier, Tobirama is basically confirming every reason he hated the Hidden Leaf Village.
