Well to literally answer your question,the person who loved him and went along with everything he did no matter what personality he had is Karin considering she didnt give a shit if he was evil or good or how many people he murdered as long as she got the D but thats selfish
But Sakura was the one who inspite of loving him for looks nearly died for him wanting the "good" Sasuke back.Are most fangirls who love for looks ready to sacrifice themselves for the said character?Not really.Also loving for looks is something which happens IRL too
