Did Sasuke Unlock Sharingan at a younger age than Itachi?

I know that I can't technically call it unlocking the Sharingan because he wasn't able to use it at will for a couple years after, but never the less, he used it.

I was wondering what age he was when it happened, and it would be funny if he had awakened his MS at the time as well, but seeing as he didn't have the Sharingan first/was too young/chakara reserves too low I'm guessing this would've been impossible

Don't know. It said Itachi mastered the Sharingan at the age of 8.

Sasuke was about 7 or 8 when Itachi killed the Uchiha Clan.



Itachi was prodigy, Man. There is a reason Sasuke said Itachi was perfect.

If I remember correctly, then Sasuke unlocked the Sharingan during the night of the massacre, but Itachi locked those memories away so that Sasuke thought he only unlocked his eyes during the fight with Haku.
Can't remember the chapter though, but I seem to recall reading something like that.

I think Sasuke was around seven or eight during the night of the massacre, but I'm not sure

They unlocked it at the same age, Itachi unlocked it at 7, and masterd it a year later which he was 8. sauske unlocked it at same age just he never masterd it tell he was 12-13
