Saying sasuke is fast when madara didnt even see his approach is not helping your side. Whos to say sasuke didnt use back to back teleports, he DID close his eye to rest it immediatly after it. Bottom line is kishi has been drawing all the running blitz scenes in the recent arcs.

Sasuke never failed a teleport either.

so switching with piece of rumble would increase his distance to where Kakashi and Madara is then he can use his foot speed to get closer. There's also the fact that Madara would have to slow himself down in order to pull out Kakashi's Sharingan since eyes are eye to damage and if Madara was coming at full speed then the sheer force of Madara would either break Kakashi's neck or rip it off since Kakashi was stationary and doesn't have the power to compete with that of Madara's.

As you can see, Kakashi's head turns as Madara's takes the eye, Are you saying Kakashi neck would not get ripped off or at least snap if Madara was going full speed? The force of Madara is enough to rip Kakashi's head off but that wasn't the case.

He used footspeed, if you read the manga properly you would know that. Madaras comment in Viz said it as "you are quick sasuke". Motion lines around sasuke and his movement afterwards implies that he ran. He has a lot of rikoudous chakra so he obv used it to boost his speed, not to mention he's footspeed has always been top tier prior to this.
