I doubt sasuke really distracted kaguya
First of all, when kaguya changes her dimension, they remain in the same position,
second: kaguya dogded the chidori by flying
third: kaguya had the byakugan, meaning that she could see naruto even if she was not facing him, the fact that she was still floating and not falling means that she could still fly or move in the air.
Fourth : she could not dodge naruto because she couldn't react.

I want to agree with this but you cant help but notice that both Bzetsu AND Sasuke look surprised

both the Sasuke and Black Zetsu panels indicated they were surprised. It's pretty obvious Sasuke didn't set Naruto up like that.

What did sasuke switch naruto with? Also bz and sasuke look surprised so I'm doubting it, though possible.

No he really didn't. Since they had an entire conversation exchange, after the distraction, talking directly to Naruto. Basically ignoring the chance of a second attack since she thought she was out of anyone's range.

Sasuke doesn't plan that far ahead.The surprised sidekick look on Sasuke's face clearly indicates that he wasn't expecting Naruto to have godly speed. I would be shocked if Sasuke didn't need to visit the "little boys" room after seeing his superior, Naruto, handle Kaguya like a boss.
