Did Sasuke learn Hashirama jutsu through Genjutsu?

Remember Hashirama vital points were block by Madara black rods,this mean he cannot perform any jutsu or even move.Therefore the moment we saw hashirama put down his head during his conversation with Sasuke,he was under the genjutsu .This is the best method to learn the jutsu in a the illusion world within sec than to see it in real life.
Madara had shown Obito all of so6p jutsu and history in the genjutsu world,this mean Sasuke did the same?
