did sasuke get the rinnegan due to hashirama or the sage

hashirama gave sasuke a jutsu and so did the sage we know this because sasuke says to naruto use the jutsu the sage gave you so which one have we seen sasuke use the sages powers or hashiramas also i believe sasuke will get rinnegan in his next eye because of how much kishi has spoke about how incredibly strong it makes you what do you guys think
