[Theory] Did Sasuke Ever Say That He Wanted to Lead People?

I have been reading the chapter a few times and I thought about how ppl are saying that Sasuke wants to be a dictator, but he never said that he would be the leader of anyone.

Here Sasuke Says that Itachi was the True Hokage

But, Itachi acted alone. Sasuke also said that he is alone

Here we get Sasuke's current agenda which is severing all ties to the past and correcting all faults, but he still said that he doesn't want to lead anyone.

In fact it is only after Sasuke has made himself public enemy #1 that he says that he wants to bring the villages together. This could possibly be the clean start that Sasuke is speaking of.

So in essence it could be taken as Sasuke wanting erase all forms of past grudges, current problems, anything that the villages have that keep them from working together, and allowing them go against Sasuke united and unhindered.

After Sasuke has united the villages against him and judged anyone perpetrating darkness, Sasuke just might be planning to die being the final product of this world's hatred.

As far as Sasuke is concerned anyone can be a hokage if the go by his ideals

Sasuke isn't planning to die you unite the nations. He's not going to directly lead, but he will guide things by moving from the shadows aka "Kage".

Yeah, but by being an enemy he can get rid of any ties the ppl have left to the past without anyone really being blamed or recieving any backlash, but Sasuke

Sasuke really doesn't understand what he's saying himself. He's saying the same thing Naruto used to, that he will be the one to bear all the hatred, not understanding that for peace and unity you need to overcome hatred. Naruto, at least has realized that, plus has the natural ability to attract people and make them want to trust you, which define a true leader.
