Did Sasuke ever get a new arm?

All the images from The Last and Chapter 700 makes it seem like Sasuke is walking around with one arm?

Not that Sasuke needs two arms to solo anyone except Naruto, but how do you feel about Sasuke being handicapped with one arm and not his primary arm?

Can't even tell in chapter 700 and it doesn't matter than he grabbed his sword with his right because he always used his sword with his right. He definitely doesn't have a left arm at 19 (The Last). I don't even think he even needed to worry about adapting to losing his dominant arm because he has the sharingan. He can just copy people doing things with their right hand. His only handicap is that he doesn't have two hands to do things with. The guy above me is right he could always just use the Asura Path if he seriously needed to.
