Did Sasuke even kill Itachi?

Itachi gave that fight to Sasuke. The fact that not only was Itachi sick, but was also going blind meant that his priority in that battle was to pass on his ocullar gift to Sasuke. On doing this he then allowed himself to reach the end of his endurance in the battle.

Had Itachi been fully fit with no reason to throw in the fight he would have defeated Sasuke easily.

itachi was BLIND on his DEATHBED taking pills so he didnt DIE on the spot. he died of his illness after beating Sasky around one more time for funsies.

Debatable I think he passed him when he unlocked final susanoo at the end of kage summit. He was where Itachi was and he still kept going.

Yes and no. Itachi could win sick or alive, without too much difficulty.
Only MS Sasuke could arguably take Itachi. EMS Sasuke is definite surpassing though.
