Did Sasuke blitz Naruto with Shunshin or Teleportation...

I am in agreement here. Naruto got hit. But I think it was regular chidori and not black chidori wasn't it? since Chidori is a piercing attack and Naruto wasn't pierced, It gains to reason that Naruto simply tanked it due to his rikudo sage mode. If it had been the black chidori, Naruto would have probably been run through the shoulder and not pushed back.

So naruto can also nullify any nin jutsu becoz of goudamas.

Never in my life have I seen someone dodge an attack while yelling gahh and falling back into a vertical position. Naruto was clearly grazed enough to be damaged. You can even see the strikes of lightning. Naruto just flew back before he can get fully pierced.

Not trying to bash or anything, but where was it stated that cloaks can't tank piercing attacks? Are we going by their first VOTE fight? because this is a different and much more powerful cloack than their first VOTE fight. It looked to me that in the midst of attempting to dodge Sasuke's Chidori Naruto was struck hence the "ugh" I've never seen a character make that sound when dodging to be honest.

I fully believe Naruto was struck but tanked chidori however the shocking effect of Raiton still effected him hense the "ugh" while not being peirced. But I could be wrong in this. Just my guess.

His cloaks best feats were taking in Ei's punch and Han's kick. Those aren't the same as piercing attacks. When Obito and Madara fired their projectiles, Naruto had to deflect them via Chakra Share. [
