I don't like the "Hell yeah" b/c it sounds too fanboy-esque..but yeah he won fair and square. It was Danzo's choice not to use his full powers. But stabbing Karin was dirty.

In the end Sasuke won, granted Danzo was trying to conserve chakra and Sasuke was still a relatively inexperienced MS user so the playing field was level and each shinobi had a handicap and it seems like Danzo's handicap was a fatal one and cost him the victory. But Sasuke would have been done if Obito had not warned him about Danzo's "Reverse Four Symbols Sealing Technique" and the fight would have ultimately ended in a tie)

He planned to save chakra . But everybody got a plan till they get hit ! Sasuke put danzo on the defensive from the beggining . Sasuke outclassed him even with all his upgrades !

shaky but legit win. He killed danzo and made him use all his sharingans, thus forcing danzo to use his last resort suicide jutsu that any ninja would only use when they know they cannot win. That said danzo could have beaten him easily if plot didnt come into play. All those numerous times sasuke "killed" danzo, all danzo did was reappear elsewhere and talk when in a non plot based fight, he'd reappear behind him with a kunai in his spine...but plot no jutsu wouldnt allow sasuke to die so the fight was of course used to build on the itachi scandal. But taking into account sasuke would for sure win, it was a still legit means.

I'm with the "Danzo wasted Izanagi too quickly" camp. I can't believe he threw ALL of his arm-eyes away like that, how was he planning to replace them? But then again, he threw away his own men easily, too.

danzou was hindered, but sasuke was already tired from the kage fight. plus danzou's power was just a trick, sasuke killed him several times in that fight and danzou only got around two hits in.
