Did samaheda get destroyed?

Ever since B threw samaheda into that tree, we haven't seen it since. Was it destroyed whenever B transformed and did the tailed beast whirlwind, or whatever its called and cleared the area? I've just been curious about this. Also curious what kakashi did with the other 5 swords from his fight with the 7 swordsmen.
