Did sakura cheat ?

What sakura had was normal chakra same to everyone else but she is clever, she able to manifest the chakra better than most ninja. So this 3 years of chakra is the normal amount of chakra that a normal ninja can mold up.
So here i think did she really able to manage that or just cheated.
Now lets look back in time, the time when naruto makes clones and splits up kuybii chakra into everyone. I think that time when sakura is smarter than Shizune and took opportunity to manifest the friendly kuybii chakra that she was given.
So i think the chakra from kuybii cloak is definitely > the 3 years of normal chakra.

Why didnt she able to make byakugou before the cloak ?
Is it because of her "suddently" hormone appeared infront of her ?

This is quite plausible, I think this was the reason why she was able to use the Byakugou seal with the kyuubi chakra.
