Did Raikage get his hand back?

It's wierd, I was rereading the manga and I noticed in the scan where the 5 kage gathered, A seemed to have his hand back. Is this a mistake or is it maybe hinting he somehow got his hand back?
He obviously lost his hand:

But when he gathers with the 5 kage, he obviously has 2 hands.

I was playing the new Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm game and he didn't even lose his hand so that was weird.
I guess its a game though but still it should follow through with the story. :/
