Did Plot stop Madara from using Izanagi?

i mean he's partly immortal, if he has the MS/EMS and Rennegan while being human, he has the power to come back to life or did he figure out that everything was a lie by watching Kaguya vs sasuke/naruto, also kishi need to explain things, such as how madara's blind eye returned to normal after using izanagi.

Yes he saw his dreams completely shattered when he learned he was just a sacrifice tool for Kaguya's revival and also Black Zetsu lying about Infinite Tsukuyomi .

Kishi uses plot to stop a lot of characters from doing a lot of things, for example kaguya could've solo'd Naruto and sasuke negitive neg diff but plot saved them.

he timed izanagi to activate after he died from hashirama
he didnt do that with naruto and sasuke because he thought he was going to win since he's the juubi's jin
and when madara was dying it looked like he was blind in that eye he used izanagi in
he lost hashi's dna and that made him loose the rinnegan which made his eye blind again
if he were to use izanagi again he'd now be blind in both eyes

In his naruto/suske fight he didn't need to. and when kaguya got him, it was too late. plus he would have gone blind in one eye. all THREE eyes were needed for Infinitie Tsukuyomi... cuz without both regular eyes, the third one would not have opened. There was really no time at which he needed to use it, except perhaps when Black Zetsu/Kaguya took him over but at that time i don't think he even had enough control of himself to even try to use it or enough time to use it

At what point would he had used it? You have to use it before any fatal injury is done to you and he wasn't in control of his body since BZ stabbed him. By the time he was freed by Kaguya he lost all Bijuus and the Gedo so he was dying from having them extracted. He activated Izanagi before his Sharingan went out. Against Hashirama because it actually closes in on his EMS in one eye in a panel then shows him with no Sharingan so that took all of his chakra. Plot didn't stop Madara from dying that way but it did stop him from killing people when he was Juubi Jin, he didn't use a bunch of powers he shown prior to becoming the Juubi Jin.

Actually 1 eye JJ Madara could have killed both Naruto and Sasuke at the time they fought if Kishi didn't nerf him and let him use jutsus he shown prior beconing Juubi jin such as wood jutsus, Rinnegan jutsus (Deva, absorbing ninjutsus, weapon path), Katon, Susanoo, any element he wants. Kishi stopped all the Juubi Jins from killing everyone when they had the power too.
