Did pairings ruined the manga for you?

From what I've read there are people who legitly hate this series because of the events in 699 and 700. Naruto is a shounen how the hell can end game romance ruin when it was practically irrelevant to the plot? Lol, dumbest shit ive come across in this fandom. When people say silly shit like pairings ruined this manga(even though it's pretty crusty long before) makes me laugh.

Yes it did. Kishi ruined the series with forced BS pairings that made no sense, but it's whatever since everyone gets a happy ending.

No, not even 10% of the reason is about the pairings, I actually think that the pairing choices were decent for a shounen story writer, plus pairings are irrelevant.

Pairings didn't but the last arc starting from black zetsu onward tainted the manga and ended it in a sour note. The manga as a whole is still very good

Actually there are so many reasons why this series became crap, pairing for many was the last straw. I'm indifferent about it, but I do believe it added onto the reasons on why this series became shit. And Gaiden was just... I'm not even going to go there

Most of the pairings made sense to me. They weren't well-developed, though, but I didn't expect them to be.

Because Naruto isn't a romance story.

No one watches horror for the jokes. Being upset that the romantic pairings weren't fully developed in a manga like this is just silly.

No pairings for a certain group was the only straw. Go on tumblr, massive a amounts people think this series was worth anything(or even great)before the last chapters.

Kishimoto should've focused on things like Team Taka, the consequences from Mugen Tsukuyomi. Something like a rift between the Ninja-alliance, because a lot of People want to return into the dream world or something like that.. it was absolutely unbelievable that anyone was like "yaaaaaaay" when they woke up from a totally perfect life, even if it was a dream.

But not that alone, there were other things too, like:
- a way too long war arc in General
- Tobi revealed as crybaby Obito and him wasting time as a jinchuuriki
- Madaras Treatment as a jinchuuriki
- Kaguya and anything that has to do with their Alien-clan
