Did Obito use Wood release? Or?(SPOILER)

I'm not sure, it looked like he created a small wood release object from his zetsu half, but it doesn't appear he could do it properly.

It might indeed be just a stick. I have to admit I also thought it was Wood.Release. however, Obito is practicing his balance, so it wouldn't make much sense to do so with wood that was attached to his body.

Well that was my initial reaction at first as well. Then I looked closer and thought "... damn ... oh well ..."
