[Spoilers] Did Obito levitate/float in the latest chapter ?

Hello guys I read new chapter and I noticed Obito is floating above ground, so I wonder
Could he levitate ?

When I first looked at these pictures, I would say no:

^^ Because It was just for show off new Obito tranformation as Juubi Jinchurki so I guessed it was just for effect

Juubi Jinchurki Obito is floating in place again...

So Did Obito levitate in place ?

If yes, then I wonder it was due to:

1) Rinnengan - Deva Path somehow
2) Juubi powers
3) Something aka Jinton which allows Onooki to fly
4) some other hax

Actually Hiruzen thought it was MORE than 4. Onooki's Jinton has nothing to do with his ability to fly though. It's the same ability he uses to make things heavier or lighter.

Seriously, if I see one more post like oh, "is Obito a jinchuuriki now?" or "can Minato use FTG??
