It's a genjutsu and it wouldn't be a suprise cause i don't know if you guys remember but something similar happened during the sasuke vs itachi battle what i'm talking about is the bit where sasuke enters the uchiha hideout where itachi is sitting on his throne and they chat then sasuke stabs itachi through his heart using the chidori spear and just like obito itachi didn't feel pain infact itachi didn't even flinch then the itachi that was pierced through the heart disappeared and it was revealed to be a genjutsu but yeah obito doing the same doesn't suprise me cause obito who posed as madara was itachi's mentor .

I don't think so, I believe it was genjutsu from the positioning of it. He's torturing Kakashi by stancing like Rin did when she died

He really doesn't have a heart and might be immortal due to senju cells, similar to tsunade a mitotic regeneration.
Obito used genjutsu to force kakashi to Raikiris him in the heart just to gloat

I think its most likely the Senju DNA but it could be a genjutsu
