Since Naruto parallels young Obito, do you think that Obito had a girl that had a crush on him like Naruto has Hinata, but he just didn't notice? If you have any theories, who do you think it could be?

Sorry but I REALLY don't see this. Obito wasn't just some loudmouth, he was also a real loser. Anko's personality isn't exactly *****y, it's just a little more free, twisted and independent. I can't even imagine she was similar to Hinata at all during her life, she was Orochimaru's student after all.

I don't think Obito did have one otherwise it would've been brought up by now.

If Obito did have a Hinata, we'll probably never know since it's not really relevant to the storyline. Kurenai was probably with Asuma, Rin wanted Kakashi, Anko was too busy being Oro's student and test subject. She refused to follow him, so Oro altered her memories so that she would think he abandoned her for not having the ideal drive to fuel the cursed seal. She was found by Konoha after that and bore a grudge against Oro ever since. Due to this, it is highly unlikely that she had a crush on Obito.
