Yes it did. Susano'o is chakra manifestation, the more chakra the user haves, the bigger the manifestation will be.

OT the only thing his chakra probably did was make his PS attacks stronger. But even then it's kinda hard to say.

there's no doubt that Kurama increased Susanoo's striking power when he was wearing it as an armor, but he didn't increase it's size.
