The show always had tech, now it is a few decades more advanced.

so are we expecting to see cars,planes,atm machines e.t.c in a world inhabited mainly by ninjas ....makes no sense....naruto is using a laptop....next he would be driving a bugatti instead of flying as a ninja should....see the contradiction

Ninja don't fly though..........., also not every person is a ninja. Everyone must suffer because ninja have to live up to an expectation?

Well, the quality of patterns generated by lithography systems are limited to current exposure sources. Generally, smaller wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation can produce higher resolution (smaller) features, but they are limited by diffraction/scattering of light and the quality of the optical resists used. For example, X-Ray lithography can produce 20 nm features, but systems generally cost in the 10's of millions of dollars. Resists that are sensitive to the high energy of X-Rays while also being good etch barriers for post-exposure processing are hard to engineer.
