Did Naruto used FTG in this last chapter?

Am I the only one who think that Bolt said Naruto used Shunshin no jutsu was unfair? Then did he meant Naruto could've used FTG like Minato?

Don't we read it right to left tho? So Naruto's hand on his son's head was first then he took Bolt to the top of the building.

OT. The Manga used Shunshin as FTG about 4 times in the manga so it's a possibility or it can be Shunshin mastered at a high level.

Not really, Naruto just got told about it the page before then it switches to what Bolt was doing and Naruto appeared out of nowhere. We can't be sure as of yet right now until the viz comes out since FTG was called Shunshin in the manga more than once
