Yea after giving out so much chakra and stabilizing it would be draining but that's till Minato gets thereto give him the Yin Kurama chakra

You're right, I didn't notice that before.

EDIT: Yeah it looks like he dropped a level. In the first page of this week's chapter he has the collar of Beast Mode but the pattern of Kyuubi Chakra mode. It looks sorta like a transition. So it's not a mistake, Naruto actually did drop a level.
