Good call out, I forgot about the guy who was pretending to be Itachi. I believe that's the only person in Naruto manga that he killed. I barely watch Naruto and rarely to ever watch the fillers so I can't speak for them, but I don't believe he's killed anyone else in the manga.

killing two of kakuzu's hearts is sort of like killing kakuzu twice. i think that pein bodys should count because they are as hard, or even harder, to kill than actual ninjas. and even though he really didn't kill him, naruto persuaded Nagato to go back to his peace mission which resulted in his suicide of resurecting people. and, in a deep, emotional sense, he killed the inari that hated people and longed for his father, and created the inari that he knows now (I don't care if you don't count that)

I think you're right about that one, but lets not count the fillers... just Kishi's original work... and I don't think he killed anyone, at least I can't think of any... maybe he's like Harry Potter xd

You know Harry Potter kills Voldemort...At the end.....but in light of Naruto. I can't say he killed one person, maybe besides that guy who was acting as Itachi's body double.

Yeah I'd agree on the Kakazu killing the guy's body was shredded from Naruto's technique I don't think there was any coming back from that regardless of Kakashi's "clean up" Kakazu knew it was over.
