if you are referring to his journals the yes i might say because during pain battle and kyubi fight after defeating the sixth pain when he went to meet the 7th pain nagato he said that jiraiya wrote a journal or porn book which had nagato name in it

The book specifically that naruto was refering to wasn't one of Jiraiya's adult novels...it was his first story "the gutsy ninja" which he wrote while minato was still alive.
He read parts of it.
