most likely yes, it is almost certain that it is the same seal. i mean uzumaki were masters of sealing jutsu, so it only makes sense that it came from her uzumaki heritage, straight from her grandmother.

It was a joke. Someone who has done threads on the connection to Mito(yes i did) should not be taken so seriously with a comment like that I made.

Good observation. Tsunade is half Senju and Half Uzumaki from one of her Parents' side - we don't know whether he other parent was an Uzumaki or a Senju. But yes, she must have learned this from somewhere.

I would only agree on the seal and not the technique, as Tsunade developed it herself.
