I think that Minato knew that it that Tobi was Obito.

Watch the at 0:38 he didn't continue on his question after Tobi/Obito took off his hood "No it's impossible, He's dead" I think that he was referring to Obito and not Madara. Maybe he pieced it together from the mask and the one eye, or the hair? I know that he could be talking about Madara but it could also be a sly play at Kishi's part.
