noooo, there going to explain how minato went through the same step as killer bee and naruto inside of the reaper, lol thats 9 tails MODE not a tech. lol or they might say minato was taking chakra from naruto's mom working to control its power so.....yea you might be right i mean rasengan is a form of tailed beast bomb.....as far as we kno he fought a tialed beast one time(9 tails) so they might say he fought nine tails countless times within naruto's mom, through a seal or somthing.
