did Minato just coming out of the acdemy when Jiraiya got back to the village?

It just occurred to me that a lot of the events that happened between the 2nd, and 3rd Shinobi world war, and post 2nd, 3rd wars are bogus. Jiraiya met very young Nagato, Yahiko, and Konan during the second war, after he left them, he was said to went on to become the Sensei of Minato's Genin Team.

Here's where it gets odd, "a 16/17 year old Obito encountered a maybe 18/19 Nagato during the era of
the third war before Nagato battled Hanzo for the first time". Since there appears to be a few years difference between the two sides, Minato was already possibly a Chunin or Jounin at this time, before Jiraiya went back to Konoha, and Kakashi was a chunin already sometime between the 2nd, and 3rd wars.

So why is Minato just coming out of the acdemy when Jiraiya got back to the village? ? Also during this time, Minato was supposedly Hokage already at the same time during Hiruzen Sarutobi's official reign as Third Hokage!

Naruto timeline is confusing..4m last 2 chapters we have seen how noob obito became powerful in just that short time gap,enough to summon kurama and fight minato...well kishi must have never thought that fans will dig that deep inside the plot...

Obito was about 14 when he met Nagato who was between 22-24, since Jiraya trained him first I assume he was older than Minato.

Either Jiraya already had a team when he was sent off to the Rain village or simply the gap in the wars is small. Minato was a young Hokage, it's been said countless times. Jiraya spent a few years training Nagato and then went back to the village. It doesn't say how long a gap existed between the second and third war, but it was probably a considerable time though.

Jiraya was 50 years old during part one. He was def in his early twenties during the second war. Dude was 37 when Naruto was born, because 13 years brings him up to 50.

● Minato received his nickname, Leaf's Yellow Flash, during the war and after the war becomes the Fourth Hokage, while Hiruzen retires from the same position.
● Madara saves Obito from under the rocks that had crushed him.
● Spiral Zetsu encases Obito and both of them head for where Kakashi and Rin face the Mist Ninjas. Obito sees how Kakashi kills Rin, and bout him and Kakashi awaken the Mangekyō Sharingan, while Kakashi falls into coma. Obito kills the Mist Ninjas and agrees to help Madara in his Eye of the Moon Plan.
● Madara is on the verge of death, he infuses a part of his will into White Zetsu which creates the second personality, Black Zetsu.
● Obito (he is 13yo) alongside Zetsu, approaches Nagato (he is 24yo).

You might understand all of it, I do cuz, almost everyday I spend time thinking about the Naruto Timeline. :y :shrug:
